Refunds are available only to new users with an active recurring subscription who request a refund within 3 days of purchase. To qualify, the user must have used fewer than 3 credits (policy effective from 9 January 2026) and must not have excessively used or consumed CudekAI services during this period. Subscriptions purchased before 9 January 2026 are subject to the refund conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
CudekAI does not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
Users seeking a refund must contact CudekAI's support team at support@cudekai.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the final approval of CudekAI Ltd. Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
Any exceptions or special considerations to this policy will be granted solely at the discretion of CudekAI Ltd and may be explicitly stated in the terms of a specific promotion or contractual agreement.
