Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only to new users with active recurring subscriptions who have not accessed or used any CudekAI services after purchase.

Non-Refundable Purchases

CudekAI does not provide refunds under the following circumstances:

  • For lifetime plan purchases, regardless of usage status.
  • When users fail to cancel or modify their recurring subscription before the renewal date.
  • For upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes after payment has been processed.
  • When requesting partial refunds for any portion of a subscription or plan duration.
